Marchesini Group, a €650M industrial powerhouse with 3000 people across 60 companies, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of production and packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. And right now, they are in the middle of one of the most ambitious transformations in their 20-year growth story.

This project drops you into the heart of a company-wide digital transition: the full-scale implementation of a new ERP and integration with the new implemented Data Warehouse and BI system, rolled out simultaneously across 6 companies in the group. It will involve end-to-end process redesign, from supply chain and logistics to finance, aftersales and procurement.

You will be embedded in one of Marchesini’s production sites, working alongside the ERP and BI Project Manager, CIO and site key users to make the transition happen: integrating systems, migrating data, running user acceptance tests and ensuring that the new processes actually stick on the ground.

Deploying an ERP in a complex industrial group is a high-pressure endeavor, where process knowledge, analytical sharpness and the ability to navigate real organizational dynamics matter just as much as technical skills. The experience you build here is the exact foundation that operations, consulting and digital transformation careers are made of.

If you have a solid grasp of Process Optimization, Data Analytics and Presentation and a genuine curiosity for the digital transition, this is a rare chance to be part of something live and deeply formative.
