The research might be conducted partly at the Department of Management Engineering and partly at distance.
Note
a stage inside the Innovative Payments Observatory can be started; in this case the student will support the research team in the research activities and in the events’ organization.
The thesis aims at analyzing the current and potential use cases of payments enabled by the voice assistants. The student will identify current voice payment services at an international level and will create a framework aimed at classifying the different services and the business opportunities that they create.
