Description:

• Amplifon built a customized tool in R Environment to calculate the target stock based on demand for each shops and product. The Tool is capable to balance inventory stock vs service level to the client.
• Collaborating with one of our Amplifon countries around the globe, it is needed to collect and validate all the data needed to perform the analysis, understanding the difference between the best target stock versus the as is target stock and understanding how to implement a strategy of stock rebalancing.
• It will be needed to involve also our REX department that manages the shops operations in order to set up the best process to monitor that the shops will perform and purchase according to the guidelines.

Main objectives:

• Calculate Target Stock for Hearing Aids in one of Amplifon countries
• Define the Destocking and Repurchasing Strategy comparing the simulation results versus the as is situation
• Implement a Pilot of Shops in which to start using the target stock
• Train the country to use the tool herself
