Short food supply chains are said to be more sustainable, flexible, responsive and resilient. However, face to unexpected disruptions, is this always the case? How short FSCs ensure the continuity of their operations in the short and long term?

Objectives

i) investigate the resilience mechanisms that short FSCs implement to guarantee continuity and sustainability in the long term, ii) identify how and if short FSCs assess their resilience capabilities and sustainability performance
