Every time a motorhome pulls into a campsite and unfolds its awning, every time a cyclist loads their bike onto a rack before hitting the road, there is a good chance that the product making it possible was made by Fiamma. Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Cardano al Campo (Varese), Fiamma is a world-leading manufacturer of technical accessories for motorhomes, caravans, van conversions and campervans, rooflights and much more.
Behind those products lies a complex supply chain: a network of subsidiaries, internal production lines and third-party manufacturers who produce everything from semi-finished components to complete finished products like pumps and portholes. And right now, Fiamma is on a mission to make that entire chain fully traceable.
This project puts you at the center of the rollout of the FIAMMA Traceability System (FTS), a company-wide initiative designed to achieve product traceability compliance with IATF 16949 and KTW standards, covering the full value chain from component suppliers to finished goods. The design and feasibility phases are already complete; what comes next, and what this project is about, is the implementation and standardization of the FTS across Fiamma’s key third-party manufacturers.
You will analyze the physical component flows at each “terzista”, assess how well they fit the FTS model and ensure the correct adoption of the APP Terzisti, a dedicated mobile application launching in June 2026 that manages warehouse loading, purchase order tracking and component lot registration. Each third-party site is different, more or less structured; your challenge is to make the system work consistently across all of them.
This is a rare opportunity to work on a live digital transformation project with real operational and quality stakes, in a company that has been shaping the outdoor lifestyle for over 80 years.
