Issues like labor exploitation and environmental damage become more pressing calling for thorough and urgent examination is required to address these challenges and build a more sustainable and ethical supply network.
Sentiment analysis helps assess public reaction to supply chain social sustainability issues by analyzing opinions, emotions, and trends in reports, news, commentaries, and social media. It enables businesses to identify concerns, address risks, and improve their sustainability strategies.
Method: literature review and sentiment analysis
Steps: 1. Narrative literature review to map SCSS issues and research themes; 2. (in parallel) Design data protocol method based on public sources; 3. Perform sentiment analysis on the dataset.
