Four times a year, Unifarco launches promotional campaigns that cascade through its entire supply chain, from inventory planning all the way to the 6500 pharmacies it serves across Europe. And right now, as Unifarco constructs a brand new logistics hub, there is a rare and time-sensitive opportunity: to study and design optimized warehouse flows and shelf stock allocation within the new facility, based on planned promotional campaigns.
How can you engineer a warehouse layout that is not just efficient today, but structurally aligned with the demand peaks and product priorities that promotions create, four times every year, year after year? The answer requires both analytical depth and creative thinking, mining historical promotional data to uncover patterns, designing a new stock allocation system and ensuring that the solution remains resilient and adaptable as customer needs evolve.
You will work at the crossroads of inventory management, logistics engineering and data analysis, collaborating with engineers, the Planning Manager, the Outbound Operations Manager and the Logistics Project Manager. The output is an innovative yet structured proposal that Unifarco will use to shape the physical and operational design of its new facility.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the design of a logistics hub before it is built, at a company that has grown continuously for 20 years and is now investing boldly in its future.
Italian language skills are required for this opportunity. Accommodation can be provided by the company.
