This thesis project focuses on the innovation of the multi-platform merchandising process at QVC, a global leader in live and social shopping, known for combining television, digital platforms, and e-commerce to create engaging, real-time shopping experiences.

The project will explore how products are selected, presented, and managed across different channels (TV, web, mobile, and social platforms), with the goal of identifying opportunities to improve coordination, efficiency, and impact within the merchandising process.

Students will have the chance to work on a highly dynamic business model, gaining exposure to the intersection of retail, media, and digital commerce. QVC will welcome the thesis student offering mentorship and opportunities to work closely with experienced professionals in an innovative international environment. An expert consultant will also support the student with regular meetings. Recommendation letters can be provided at the end of the thesis.

Italian-speaking skills are needed.
