• Amplifon does not currently has a structured governance of managing master data and it requires a design of the roles and responsibilities among the different departments and among countries, regions and corporate.
• Amplifon buys the products from the manufacturers and need to manage new launches and phase out.
• Design a process governance in terms of who does what and when, defining a structured calendar to be follow by internal stakeholders and also external stakeholders (manufactures) will support a smooth master data management process
