Espresso is not just a beverage, it is an Italian obsession and a multi-billion dollar global industry. At the very forefront of that world sits Dalla Corte, a Milan-based pioneer in premium espresso machine technology, now part of the Franke Group. Since its founding in 2001, Dalla Corte has been continously pushing the boundaries of what a professional espresso machine can do, from the invention of the multi-boiler system to advanced flow regulation and automation solutions that have redefined precision and repeatability for professional baristas worldwide.
This project puts you at the very beginning of the definition of the espresso machine of the future. You will be embedded in the early stage development of an innovative next-generation semi-automatic espresso machine, contributing directly to Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the product development process: Idea & Concept and Design Concept & Product Specifications.
In practice, this means conducting market and trend analysis, running competitive benchmarking, interviewing customers, shaping the product vision and value proposition and drafting preliminary product specifications. You will be working with Marketing, Sales and R&D, translating strategic insight and innovation inputs into a structured and actionable product concept that could one day land on the counter of a specialty coffee bar around the world. With approximately 95% of revenues coming from international markets and subsidiaries in the UK, the US and Germany, the stakes are global.
In parallel, you will also support the design and implementation of a structured ticketing system to optimize Product Marketing processes, building scalable and efficient workflows.
Creativity, innovation-driven thinking, planning mindset and curiosity are key enablers for success in this role.
Analytical skills and structured problem solving are essential to transform ideas into concrete deliverables.
