This thesis opportunity invites students to investigate the intersection of luxury hospitality and sustainability, focusing on how services and experiences within luxury hotels can promote sustainable habits and drive eco-friendly actions among guests. - Conduct a review of the literature on experiential learning to understand how experiences can educate consumers, shape their perceptions, influence their actions, and form lasting habits.
- An analysis of guest behaviors that have the most significant negative impact in terms of sustainability
- The conceptual design of two to three experiments to be implemented in a hotel environment, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches to communicating sustainability and influencing consumer behavior
- The potential validation of the proposed experiments through interviews with industry experts
