• Receivers are a key part of Amplifon selling products
• Misuse, new product launches, repairs, phase out, negative trial brings to a high level of stock
• Define guidelines to manage the receivers in the shops (how to store them and where), the correct stock to be kept and how to manage repairs, sales and trials (interviews in shops, interviews retail excellence departments)
• Define the correct level of stock to be kept
• Prepare a pilot in some shops to see the impact of the guidelines

Main Objectives:

• Define the target stock receivers based on the business models present in the countries and the KPI to measure the success
• Define the guideline to manage the receivers in the shops
• Pilot the strategy in 50 shops of 1 country
