This thesis project will focus on analyzing and innovating product cost curves in relation to market demand within PPF Europe, a leading company in the pet food industry.

The student will work closely with the Plant Manager and collaborate with both the Operations and Finance teams to study production costs, demand dynamics, and pricing structures. The goal is to identify opportunities to better align cost structures with the needs of key clients such as Arcaplanet, Coop, MD, Despar, and international markets such as Canada.

This project offers the opportunity to gain direct exposure to industrial decision-making, working at the intersection of operations, finance, and market strategy within a real manufacturing environment. The thesis requires Italian-speaking skills.
