Organizational transformation is a key capability for companies nowadays. Complexity and fast pace of external and internal pressures bring the need to go beyond the linear and step-by-step approach for change management. By reviewing the state of the art of change management literature and studying how companies are dealing with organizational transformation, the aim of the thesis is to provide new insights for change management practices.
