Catalysts to organizational change and their role in the Circular Economy
This dissertation explores the concept of catalysts driving organizational change, with a particular emphasis on those relevant to the Circular Economy (CE). By conducting an extensive literature review, it identifies and analyzes key factors that trigger transformation in businesses and institutions, such as leadership, innovation, and sustainability pressures. The study further delves into how these catalysts specifically relate to CE principles, such as resource efficiency, waste reduction, and product lifecycle extension. The research aims to offer insights into how organizations can better embrace and implement CE practices through the activation of these change drivers.
