We are glad to inform you that we are launching the new edition of the Mentorship program open to second year students of the MSc in Management Engineering.
The objective of the Mentorship Programme is to offer to some selected Master of Science students a high value added activity, in order to allow, whom is facing seriously and successfully her/his academic experience, to participate into some activities that would foster her/his professional and personal development.
The designed offer is based on four key pillars:
- Meet Managers: we will organize some networking meetings with valuable managers in the industrial context and some faculty members, focused on hot relevant topics not necessarily covered within our curricular courses.
- Senior Mentorship: every selected student will be assigned a senior alumnus/a with a relevant working experience in order to be guided in professional choices after the graduation according to her/his personal aspirations.
- Civic Responsbility: we will organize a constructive dialogue with some political institutions (or similar entities, to be further defined) in order to let students understand that they could have a relevant and positive impact on society far beyond their professional career.
- Active Learning: we will involve these students in education support/tutoring activities at the Bachelor level. They would have then the opportunity to further consolidate their knowledge and they will try to act as tutor/mentor.
Selected students will be required to participate constantly and with the right effort to proposed initiatives, taking also in consideration possible periods abroad (e.g. Erasmus exchange).
The deadline for the application to our Mentorship program in Management Engineering is 17th September 2025.
The selection process will be based on the analysis of the curriculum vitae and a group assessment that will be held on Teams on the 22th and 23th of September, 2025.
