In supply chain management, the daily management of transport planning is considered.
All transport activities are to be considered, that is, according to activities that move physical outputs from one place to another. The issue of transport to be used as a tool to reduce CO2 emissions and which integrates projects for innovative technology, logistics and business models considering all the players in the specific market is widely addressed.
Important factors to take into consideration are: geographical areas, delivery windows, contractual and logistic accessibility and process constraints in order to minimize costs and times, all in full compliance with service levels.
Objectives:
- Analyze the objectives of efficiency, service levels and organization for a sustainable management of the transport system
- Sustainable logistics as a set of updates, measures and policies in the logistics and transport sector that aim to analyze and rework all the transport, delivery and recycling of products from an environmental point of view.
