Unifarco, a €183M Italian leader in cosmetics, dermatological and nutraceutical products, serving over 6500 pharmacies across Europe, is making exactly that bet. And they need a sharp mind to help them get there.

This project aims to combine operational excellence and social sustainability: the challenge is to optimize outbound logistics flows while simultaneously elevating staff ergonomics, particularly in picking operations. This vision drives a bold leap into the future through digitalization investments, including an automated warehouse and a groundbreaking Autostore expansion (4x larger than the current one!) launching in 2029.

You will map the current outbound flows from the automated warehouse, conduct a rigorous AS-IS performance analysis and propose concrete yet innovative improvement interventions, working hand in hand with the Logistics Manager, the Outbound Operations Manager and the Warehouse Coordinator.
