The Challenge: Currently, grant participation is reactive and unstructured, draining technical resources and risking missed opportunities. Your mission is to design and implement an innovative, data-driven/standardized Business Process to capture public innovation funds (Horizon Europe, FESR, Transizione 5.0). This will directly subsidize internal R&D in AI, Digital Twin, and BIM management.
